What is a PDF?

PDF stands for Portable Document Format. Adobe® Reader® — is free software that lets you view, print, search, and share Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files more securely using a variety of platforms and devices, and exactly as the designer or producer intended, without the need for any special fonts or expensive software.

This site uses PDF's extensively to make available all the latest training course and conference information in a format that anyone can view, print or download for offline viewing.

I cannot read or open the PDF of the brochure for a course or conference

This is probably because you do not have the Acrobat Reader software installed, browser plug-in enabled or are running an older version of a web browser. Most modern systems and browsers support PDF as standard.

You can either upgrade your browser to one of the later versions (see browser help) or download the latest Acrobat Reader software.

How can I get the latest version of Acrobat Reader?

Acrobat Reader software is available from Adobe Systems Incorporated . You will need to select the appropriate version for your system.
