This newsletter is FREE to any subscribers and features process chemistry news, reviews, key articles and interesting papers and is published bi-monthly throughout the year.  You can sign up to receive the Newsletter by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Each issue can provide a useful resource for process R&D chemists and chemical engineers, as relevant topics are covered with diagrams, schemes and where relevant, reference to the publication in which the article may have appeared.

Introductions, topical tips and special features are written or edited by Trevor Laird, Will Watson and John Knight of Scientific Update. This repository of information is held in the Article & Newsletter Archive for future reference and can be viewed or downloaded free of charge.

Organic Process Research & Development Journal

Scientific Update is also heavily involved in the Journal Organic Process Research and Development.  This was launched in 1997 by the Royal Society of Chemistry and the American Chemical Society (ACS) and is now published solely by the ACS.  Dr Trevor Laird (Founder and Director of Scientific Update) is Editor-in-Chief.  Published bi-monthly, it reports original work in the broad field of process R&D in the fine chemical industries, concentrating on batch / semi-batch processes.
