Yes — if you're planning to send four or more attendees, please get in touch with our events team to discuss possible group discounts.
Discount availability will depend on remaining space and current bookings, so we encourage you to enquire early.

Will the venue be accessible for all attendees?
Will I receive a list of attendees?
Yes, a delegate list will be available upon arrival at the conference, including the names and organisations of attendees. Please note that, in line with privacy regulations, no contact details will be shared.
Where available, you can also connect with other delegates via the Mobile Conference App for networking and messaging.
Please note: The app may not be available at all conferences.
Is there a poster session?
While there is no formal poster session, we understand that presenting can be important for some attendees — especially academics.
We provide poster boards for academic attendees only, which will be displayed in the exhibition area and available for viewing during coffee breaks and lunch.
